He very nearly played for Barry Town on loan as a teenager, so maybe he always wanted to play in south Wales...

Ha ha, yeah, but only because almost every other first choice Premiership striker was crocked. Don't think any second tier striker has received a regular call up since the days of Steve Bull. Any stattos confirm that?

Crouch would score a sh*t load of goals in this league and that would be great for us but lets face it this is what we would all show up to see
