Relatively boring tonight. Shop bought Fishcakes, with fried up left over spuds, broccoli, peas and mint mash.
Tomorrow will be much better. I'm not going to the Wales game, so it's Greek Salad, Stifado that I'll marinade tonight, served with Orzo, mixed veg and maybe I'll have a bash at a Baklava for pud if I remember to buy filo pastry. Accompanied by a bottle of red to while away the time as the Stifado slow cooks to a taste sensation.

Thinly veiled "I'm not long back from my holidays in Greece and I wish I was still there" post IMO.

Close. More like wish I was in Greece but the family is grounded this year so pretending instead. If it tastes crap, the Mrs will throw plates as well, just to keep things authentic!!!

My wife's been asking for weeks if there's any chance of a stifardo when she comes home.
