Assuming he's still good enough this would be a great signing. Didn't look too good at times last season so hopefully we can revive him a bit

If he could get his head sorted out, would be a great signing. But he behaved very badly last season... Bit of a risk.

I wouldn't bring him back. His career has peaked and he's always needed a reader of the game next to him. Without Dann or Loovens to do his thinking for him, Johnson was awful last year.

I dunno about Turner/Johnson. Little mobility there, a purely physical combo.

Sceptical about this in the extreme, as on the face of it not a "Malky-type" player in any event, but particularly because....
1: His appearance on BBC last season as a pundit was an embarrassment.
2: Turning up for training less than sober.
3: This appears to be an unfounded Twitter rumour.

I don't think I could make an objective comment. Love RJ

Roger Johnson is quick enough for a defender. I reckon a centre half pairing of Turner and Johnson would be very good.

Let's address the elephant in the room... when it was important we leaked a lot of goals. In key matches we failed to own the mid field and we're absent with out leave in defence. On paper an exceptional defence but still need time to function as a cohesive Pacey unit

He's not a Malky type player. I know a hell of a lot of Birmingham Coty fans and the mans name is still dirt and probably forever will be. He was one of a handful of names that stood in front of the fans at public meetings and announced 'I will stand by Birmingham City no matter what' when the news broke they were officially relegated. Then suddenly, he realises a premiership team wants him back and he immediately packs his bags.
There's nothing wrong with ambition, but there is definetely something wrong with a man lying to the faces of thousands of loyal fans.
