Rumour: Zohore off for £20 mill?

Not sure how much to believe this sun article

But, hypothetically speaking, if a bid of that size were to come in, should we take it?

I'd be surprised if he moved now but £20mil is a good offer. We could certainly bring in a new player as a replacement for that sort of fee!

Given the stage of pre-season we are at, I would resist any offer, if the club is serious about a promotion attempt However, given the FFP tightrope we walk, I feel £20m might be too tempting.

If the player has a say in the matter, one thing overlooked in the articles is that Paul Trollope is at Brighton. I am sure that he rates Zohore highly, but does Zohore rate Trollope? There is a marked contrast in Zohore's success under Warnock to that under Trollope.
£20m is an absolutely ridiculous amount - cannot see that being true, especially when looking at Brighton's spending to date.
Bet 85% of Championship fans haven't even heard of him.

I said toward the end of last season when some were saying he was worth £5 million they were off their heads. Things have changed with the absolutely crazy money being bandied about by Premier League Clubs, Man City just paid £52 million for a defender!! So looking at that, £20 million for Zohore is that ridiculous, especially from a PL Club

Problem is that when clubs know that you have that cash, the price of any replacement gets inflated accordingly. Sensible thing, if promotion push is really wanted, is to hang on to him.

Brighton yesterday signed striker Izzy Brown on a season long loan from Chelsea. He was on loan at Huddersfield last season.

Not sure he is the same type of player as Zohore, but hopefully that is the end of there interest anyway.

Unfortunately, you wouldn't get the money anyway.
