£10m turned down from Hull according to reports. Think he'd be mad to go to a club on the slide anyway.

They apparently rejected a Brighton bid yesterday.

My bum squeaks regardless of whether the transfer window is open or not. An open window does usually help the smell though.
I think our good early start may also mean that Zohore is less inclined to look elsewhere. We haven't conceded a goal in our three league games so far and we are top of the table. Early days I know but when you look at Hull would you leave us for them? And I can't see Brighton paying the sort of money we would want for an unproven striker

He might like the thought of Premier League wages though.

I wonder if there is a release clause in his new contract?

Well that would be the only reason. Hull was also voted one of the worst places in the UK to live a little while ago

That had something to do with John Prescott being its MP

The irony is that if Zohore plays this season as he has since he got into the team, he will be virtually able to choose his PL team next summer and I am sure that NW will have told him that.
So far as Bogle was concerned he is another like Zohore, drifting around lower leagues. Maybe NW sees potential in the same way as with Big Ken. This time last year, we were laughing at Zohore's efforts.
If Zohore does go for big money, then these transfers may turn out to be very shrewd pieces of business.
I have read comparisons with the Toshack sale 40-odd years ago, but people tend to forget that we got Alan Warboys for less than half of Tosh's transfer fee and he just carried on from where Tosh left off for the next two seasons. In many ways Warboys was a better all round player than Toshack.
