Lasted nearly three years, which is pretty good going these days.

Think a lot of Championship Owners/Chairmen are getting nervous/worried and are panicking about relegation. Think these couple of sackings have probably nudged a few chairmen to act now rather than later. I wouldn't be surprised to see one maybe two more before the league starts back up from the International break

Yup, get a new chap in just before the window opens again in January. Wouldn't be surprised if we see a sharp increase in sackings over the next few weeks.

Blackburn are destined for the championship for the next decade imo, no matter who they get in to manage...the club is in such a state, it would take a lot to get postive momentum going for them again.

Paul Lambert to be appointed at Blackburn in next 24 hours by the looks of it. He'd have been my first choice to replace Slade had it come to it.
