Macheda:40% shot conversion rate, as compared to Championship top scorer Ross McCormack’s 27.5%

Some stand out facts:

1) Of all the Championship players to attempt more than 20 shots last season, Macheda’s was by far the highest accuracy at 80% (20 shots on target, five off target), with Bolton’s Andre Moritz trailing him by a full 10%.

2) Last season,with struggling Birmingham, he managed 10 goals in 10 appearences and 8 substite outings.

Very impressive - it looks like he will be able to do the business for us at this level!
