It was news to me, but apparently premier league rules state that any club can't loan more than one player from a club in one season. If that's the case it's be Fabio OR Zaha, and I know who I'd pick.

The rumour I've heard is Fabio on loan, and we're buying Zaha.

It makes sense, it would stop a club like ourselves arranging a deal with United to take all their young talents on loan and cheat the league with them.
Might be useful in the football league too. I'm looking at you, Watford.

Fabio is ouut of contract in the summer so would be available for a knock-down price. I originally dismissed this one, but to be fair, are we really in a position to turn down a Brazilian international?!

The view from the ninian podcast said a while back he heard it was costing 1.5 million up front and then we pay his considerably wages in full, which was pretty extortionate. At those sorts of fees id hope there's a buy option in there somewhere...
