A sledge hammer? You must think we don't know what we're talking about on here - a medium weight upholstery hammer should do the trick with 3 or 4 good bangs on the face of the phone.

I had a similar issue with a phone in work last week. It’s not the same model but try something like this…..
1. Applications.
2. Settings.
3. Storage.
4. Unmount SD Card.
5. Format SD card.
6. Mount SD Card
If that doesn’t work then I recommend the sledgehammer suggested by TDA!

What type of problems?
I only ask because my S2 has been broke for nine months now, whilst my brother and friend who both had the same phone also experienced problems!
