its's not footy, but someone put their foot in it

my mrs. somehow managed to put a foot through the shower tray.

eventually got the tray out. it was sitting on a plinth as the waste waste was directly above a joist. took the plinth out as well and on wednesday going to bq to by another tray. this one has a outlet sitting between two joists so no need for a plinth.

earlier in the year i replaced all the floorboards upstairs and sprayed all the joists and new floorboards as i had a small woodworm infection in some of the floorboards.

did not bother with the bathroom had only recently been updated, but now i an taking this opportunity to spray joists and put down new floorboards. have to re-route the shower cold water supply and take out the wash basin and unit

today i was going to do the plumbing, but can't find any copper pipe so will have to make do with taking out the wash basin and unit.

i have sufficient tiles left over from when the room was tiled so okay there. got a small hole in the kitchen ceiling!!!!!!!!!!!
