Malky, apparently, is not planning to resign

Sources of the Daily mail understand that he will not resign despite being devastated.

"Apsalyamov was initially brought in to help the club's maintenance team but has recently been preparing for his new role by studying Cardiff's games on a laptop."
They don't say whether this is on FIFA 14 or Football Manager.

Yes, the club should probably clear this us straight away to avoid any doubts about his credentials. The Tonker wrote:"Apsalyamov was initially brought in to help the club's maintenance team but has recently been preparing for his new role by studying Cardiff's games on a laptop."

The BBC reported that Malky is furious, but little else. I wouldn't believe more than that either, It's just speculation.
Very interesting article - here a few key parts of the article for those who can't be bothered to read it (though you should!)glasgowronnie wrote:Just seen this http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/future-of-cardiff-city-manager-malky-mackay-uncertain-after-backroom-shakeup-that-triggers-fears-the-club-is-heading-for-calamity-8868928.html...Not sure if anyone else has seen this?
- The Malaysian is understood to believe that Cardiff have overspent, should be in the Premier League top four and that their start to the season – which includes victory over Manchester City – is not good enough, after his own investment of £11m plus £70m in loans.
- Apsalyamov’s father – a multi-millionaire – may be about to invest into the club.
- Moody received a letter, explaining at some length why he was being removed from his position. The letter was withdrawn last night, when Tan received legal advice telling him that he was unable to suspend Moody. Instead, Moody was place on gardening leave until the end of the season.
The club also deny rumours that Tan had asked Malky to quit.

The Independent does a lot of understanding in that article. They must understand a lot more than anybody else!
If it's gardening leave rather than suspension, presumably that means there's no pending investigation.
