you know you should of gone to bed hours ago but you somehow get mezmorized by the internet - i've been going around the same websites for the last hour - bbc then gamespot the redbluebirds then bbc again.
I need to get off this crazy merry-go-round!

RBMB and Spotify keep me up all the time. To get a proper sleep I should be putting my lights out soon after 8 but that is never going to happen.
Any time I am online beyond 10.30 though and I know I will really regret it when the alarm goes off.

I know that feeling far too well. I lose all track of time when surfing the net. In fact I better go now, I've to get up to London in the morning.

I'm like this with playing FIFA. Coz I normally only get time to play on weekends, if the missus goes to bed early and leaves me down I'll switch on and say I'll have a couple of games and be up in half hour. On Tuesday night I played from half 10 until 2 o'clock without even realising. Paid for it Wednesday morning
