It's like the Walking Dead over there.

I have to admit i missed the Man Utd rebrand all those years ago before they lost to Bournemouth but presumably it must have happened for them to have treated the cup with such disdain.
I'm so glad I'm colourblind
Oh no, that's made me remember this...

It's not the losing.
I am happy to stand my ground that the team selection today was an insult to the FA Cup and an insult to Macclesfield. Still, we got what we deserved and MM had a worldwide audience for his experiment.
And still nobody has provided quantitative evidence that fielding weakened sides in one competition enhances performance in another.
Quite angry about the team selection actually; it's probably an age thing, though I don't think that automatically qualifies me for membership of the "Walking Dead".
I was equally furious when Dave Jones fielded a weakened side against Stoke; I don't think we are big enough yet to be so disrespectful.
Fingers crossed that this does not bounce back to bite us.

This is a reasoned point of view and does not qualify you for the Walking Dead!
Plus, it appears you can spell and have a good grasp of English
(Although, you might want to rethink your policy of beginning a sentence with a conjunction )

I really don't think that our team selection has anything to do with arrogance or disrespecting the cup. It seems to me that Malky made a wise choice today - we play the youngsters, if we win then the youngsters get another go in the next round, and then if we get into the later rounds we bring in more of the first teamers just as we did in the league cup last season, if we lose then it was a full 90 mins of competitive action for the likes of Nugent, Ralls, Velikonja, John etc that may be needed in an injury crisis and at least none of our regulars got injured.

I think Malky did exactly the right thing... Except he let them lose... That was bad... Winning would have been much better...

Arkay, we've talked about this. You shouldn't encourage him. It makes his behaviour worse.
