Working 10-2 (was meant to be 8-12 but I overslept), Im then gonna go home and have a jog and see how my leg is and decide whether I'm going to do the Cardiff half tomorrow. Depending on how my leg is could decide whether I have pasta and water or curry and lager for tea tonight!
