Cardiff City Player - Buy or Bin?

Ok folks.

I was tempted by the after match announcement to go for the free 14 day trial of CC player. Then I thought, it's not actually that expensive to subscribe, compared to a trip to the filling station or Tesco's. I have had a quick butchers at the player pages and not sure it gives me what I want. I thought you could watch the entire home game on line, on demand, later. Or is it just highlights you can watch. If it's highlights, how long are they? I would expect 30 mins as a minimum?
Not arsed about live audio coverage as i seem to be the only CCFC supporter that actually likes BBC Wales radio coverage.
Buy or Bin. Over to you.

They do offer the full 90 minutes in the package. Highlights are about twenty minutes or so.

Yes - I think it is brilliant

The extended highlights are uploaded a day or two later but are usually very good - video quality could be better mind.

I have to say that I enjoy the pre & post match interviews too (which is pretty much the source of most Wales Online articles) - even if Malky says the same thing practically every time (I'm very proud of my group tonight..etc)

Give the trial a go and see what you think.

It's worth it just to watch whittingham interviews and try and count how many times he says "....and things like that". He says it a lot - practically every sentence. Quite amusing!

Yes - every game is covered.

I think it's reasonable value for money. 20 minutes highlights is fine for me. Much better than relying on the Echo's report! If you are interested in the Academy/under 21's you get to see highlights of their games too, but they tend to be brief. Picture quality can be a bit variable which is irritating.

Getting Malky's interviews in full is worthwhile as you are able to hear what he actually said rather than relying on the newspapers to tell you what he said. There is often quite a difference between the two!

Only way to judge though is to get the trial and make your own mind up

I'm 75-25 in favour now, thanks Gents. Ultimately though, it'll have to come down to whether I get any work coming in in next few weeks (as will my purchase of FIFA 13 ). These things don't buy themselves - by Christ I wish they did!
