.....at the Old Library. Richard Shepherd gave a City history talk and film show as well as bringing along memorabilia such as Fred Keenor's original contract. Afterwards there was a Q&A session with Colin Baker, Don Murray, Gary Bell, Roger Gibbins, Bobby Woodruff, Phil Dwyer and David Giles.
Some great anecdotes including from Colin Baker who when asked how Wales prepared for the '58 World Cup in Sweden said they didn't know where to train in London so they put coats down for goals in Hyde Park and had a kick around. Also some hilarious Robin Friday stories. Tell you on the 2nd if we meet up.
There were no fan 'leaders' there which was nice. In fact it was just full of genuine supporters with no ulterior motive for being present which was even better.

How do you hear about such things?
I think the club advertised it on the official site about a month back. Surprised they didn't plug it more though - in fact I would have been interested had I not completely forgot!

Probably about 60-70 but there was plenty of room. It was very pleasant chatting with the ex players afterwards (there was a bar) and there was a Malaysian director there along with Michael Isaac.

The opposite. Too many.
