Been away on holidays so i have missed our first 2 games seems from reading the various message boards that we were poor against Huddersfield and could have lost 3 points. While we were better at Brighton and were well worth a point and could have been three?
My view from afar although i'm back now is we have made a decent start to the season 4 pts from 6 against 2 decent opponents is a solid start. I did see the 2nd half of the Huddersfield game and although we weren't great we kept battling and we should have had 2 penalties which would have changed the game also their player Southern should have had a straight red card for a 2 footed lunge. What we did do is keep going to the end looking for a winner and ended up securing all 3 points which could be vital (Remember Norwich a couples of seasons ago snatching 3 points with late late winners)
Have seen nothing of the Brighton game but would have been happy with a point from there and that's what we earned maybe the performances have not been great but we have new players and they are yet to gel plus we will have Kim Bo Yung to come in for the Wolves game. IMHO we have to lower expectations and accept there's a long hard season ahead and there are not any easy games in this Division.
I think Malky is building a squad that can last the pace and 4 points out of 6 is promotion form and it doesn't matter how you get them you just have to have enough of them at the end of 46 long games
