£1 million for a Jason Shackell from derby - does anyone know much about him?

Talking to the club the other day its quite clear Malky already knows who's coming but he's still on holiday and we will all have to wait until July anyway when contracts end and players and coaches return. It's hard being patient in June.

Good age - not too young or old...I'm guessing he is a CB? If so, it will be good to actually have a player decent to keep turner and hudson on their toes!

My thoughts exactly. Him and Keogh would give us great strength in depth by the sounds of it if we can possibly get both.
