Panoramic of a Welsh Quarry

I went to Jordan earlier this year and parts of the scenery around there were not too dissimilar.
An "expert" on the telly box speculated we'd have men (or women) on the surface within 50-100 years. I do hope I'm still alive to see that...or even be that.

Looking at the tyre tracks it appears that the Rover has been pulling some doughnuts when no one's been looking....

I wonder if Area 51 is just a big desert like photographers studio?

Those bastards have been pissing our tax money up the wall for years and staging every space event in the Nevada desert!

Love Mars...read a cracking sci-fi novel called 'Mars' and I've loved the planet since...(that special lady from Total Recall had a bit of a say on it too)
Quality film.

The weather looks nice too, perhaps we could plan a forum outing one weekend. BBQ, a few drinks, and who knows what might happen.
What does happen on Mars though, stays on Mars.

Just looked at Tripadvisor and there's no atmosphere if you're looking to party... On the other hand it is red so expect a Hil-Tan Hotel coming soon

I don't think you appreciate the gravity of the situation.

With gravity being half that of earth's and air pressure very low it will be dangerous to eat legumes or any other food that generates excess gasses which can quickly turn people into weather balloons. :Blimp smiley:
