Really starting to annoy me now. Not because of his stance, because I accept whatever side someones on regardless but this is becoming a joke. He's abusing people on that board, calling them out on every minor detail.
Does he think he is bigger than the club or something? If turning red rids the club of people like him then I fully back it and thats the truth.
Maybe this new chapter is needed in our history book. We've come a long way as a club and our history will always be there because us fans will breathe it and make sure we carry our stories with us on into the future to tell future generations.
If we stay red, ill look back and be able to tell my children 'I remember when city were playing in blue and in division 3 and were the bluebirds and we, a welsh team, won the fa cup against arsenal'.
Rather than get angry over this change, ill look at the positives and things like that. That'll be a great story I can tell my children about Cardiff City.
I think far too many people are highlighting the negatives rather than digging deeper for the positives. Ive never been a die hard fan, I have a life outside the city and if that makes me a plastic then fair enough. I love going to games but I wouldn't put my own private life in danger for the sake of the club. I support the club because I enjoy watching football and I like to show my support for the lads who chose to join City to take us to the next level.

He's one of the reasons I stopped posting on there. He's a very bitter individual who, for some inexplicable reason, has a bit of a following on the CCMB who stick up for him even when he's being completely unreasonable.

The other day a perfectly reasonable post that doesn’t fit in with his views, and he just picks on a single spelling mistake within the paragraph. Just about sums him up.

He’s a bitter and twisted tosser who rather than just clear off and stop attending matches, continues with his attention seeking drivel.
Too emotionally immature to understand that for most people the change of colour has nothing to do with selling your soul, being spineless or other similar clichés.
One of the downsides of the internet is that us ‘normals’ have to share it with some total bell-ends.

An unbending attitude eventualy breaks. He's been bitter for many years, it's not just something that started recently. His user name and choice of avatar make it easy to work out his profile. Add to that other information freely available from his posts and he makes a very good beginner's subject for analysis.

I've had many run ins with his pedantricity (?) over the years but it was all largely in terms of MB banter at least as far I was concerned, and that's what I expected of him.
He overstepped the mark for me recently, which I really can't be arsed going into, but he did apologise later and admit it was a mistake (despite said mistake still remaining), therefore it was put to bed, but I have noticed his increasingly erratic diatribes on the CCMB, and it's not good for him, and certainly not for his friends (or his foes) to see.
Just posted this on the CCMB which I think is sage advice:
Oh dear.
For those that are fond of TLG, it must be very sad to witness his very public deterioration.
If there was ever a time to take a break from the MBs, I'd suggest it was nigh.
In street talk FAO of his mates - 'ave a word will ya.

I don't think it will work. He has a picture of his stature in his head but it needs feeding with patronising posts and the adulation of "supporters" who are taken in by the display. Why else is he still there?

Keyboard warrior. Honestly, the problem is so rife it's actually in consideration for it to be accepted as a branching disorder of the multiple personality tree. Even in, on the scale of things, insignificant forums like those of this club people feel a desire for power and if they are unable to possess it try invent it, because afterall you can't catch them out. I've known of men in their twenties or thirties pretending to be 70 year old men who have held season tickets for nearly sixty years. They go further, they invent careers for these alter-egos, relationships, everything a normal person would have. It's been recorded that actually it can get so bad they start being so deep in this personality they actually start believing it as real.
I doubt this TLG guy is that extreme, but it's the same kind of thing. I highly doubt he talks to people in the real world like he does on CCMB. And I believe the only reason he does it is because people react, it's what feeds that behaviour. He's gotten worse and worse as people have pointed that out. And the reasons quite obvious, people are ignoring him and he needs the attention.

He's as extreme as his posts. His warmest posts are statistics and spiders. What does that say of his opinion of others.
IMO TLG is in dire need of some TLC.

Hey that's a pretty awful representation of my post. Yes his stuff is bad, but he's not inventing an entire life for himself, is he?

The clues are out there
or if you prefer
I find it interesting that his avatar is always a black person whereas the original was white. Maybe it's black to represent a dark side of himself but I don't want to speculate further.
The man clearly has a few issues to deal with but he's not part of this wonderful board and if he continues on the path he's on he won't be part of Cardiff City's future either.
Reckon we crack on with supporting the club positively and just leave him to self destruct on his own.

To be fair, quite a few previously decent posters on that board have lost all credibility.

And this thread sums up all that is bad about CCMB these days...
