The fact that he is there and looking as chipper as ever in the photos would seem to indicate that there will be a role for him this year.

I for one am happy for him to stay - he still has a lot to offer in my opinion (goal ratio, for games with more than 5 minutes at the end, was good!)
He should definitely have a place on the bench if we go back up to 7 subs
