It makes me angry every time I watch the clip. The bloke is so unnecessarily aggressive it's incredible.
I do, however, enjoy the fact that he persists with the 'do you know who I am' theme even though it is having no effect

I've never seen this before but I have the utmost sympathy for the lady in the passenger seat who sits awkwardly and silently between them - pretending that she's not there. I have been in that situation and her ability to blend in to the car seat is absolutely text book.
