Just finalising my itinerary. Going to cost a fair bit but still a lot cheaper than I was expecting.

Most direct route, but maybe not the cheapest would be overnight ferry Portsmouth - St Malo, then due south via Rennes, Nantes to Bordeaux.  Dual carriageway /  Auotroute all the way.  What you pay on ferry costs would be largely saved on time and petrol.

Alternatively Portsmouth - Caen, then via Autoroute Le Mans, Tours, Poitiers, all the way to Bordeaux. Tolls more expensive on this route.

Either way, you would be passing perilously close to Chateau TDA...... Shocked

He isn't aloud them) uefa tried taking 500 quid from his account for all 3 games but he only had 400 in there... So as its only a one chance opportunity it's tough! He can't plead and say try again!! I did laugh!!

There's something very poignant about someone pledging his last £400, plus £100 he didn't have to buy footie tickets..... scratch

It's his own fault TDA as soon as he had the email confirming he had tickets he should have made he had funds available
