Quiet old day today, so I'll put this thread up early.

Immers & Pilkington up front, as there isn't anyone else, but maybe not a bad pairing considering Huddesfield without both first choice centre backs. Hopefully, Saadi will make the bench and get some game time as well. Fabio will start instead of Peltier, so he will give more attacking options down our right.

City seem to play maginally better away than at home and I anticipate at least a point here.

Never forgiven them for pipping us to the Premier League Title in 1923 by the closest ever margin. My first season watching City .

12-0 to City.

I remember it well Cleeve but didn't care because I was still angry about us being rebranded as Cardiff City when we were really Riverside FC.

Fabio in for Peltier and Ameobi in for Noone (not on bench). Immers and Pilks up front.

Any news on Noone, unwell perhaps.........or maybe on his way somewhere else as part of the fire sale that isn't happening.

Two good goals from City so far and some sloppy defending thrown in.

Another proper tactical substitution. Gunnarsson for Immers. **Match Thread - Huddersfield v City** 1525230823

We shall see, but good win today without him. Looking forward to seeing the goals.

Who needs strikers afterall?

Among the best we have seen of Ameobi, and Whitts great form continues. Immers appears to be a natural improvement to Gunnarrson on current evidence.

We'll probably f*ck it up against next match though **Match Thread - Huddersfield v City** 692773407

Good result given the circumstances really. Lack of natural strikers is seemingly forcing the team to be figuratively and literally more creative.

Just watched the highlights. Three really good goals scored, but twice our central defence switched to give away soft goals.
