As said elsewhere, Fabio's days are probably numbered. He didn't look very good when he came on against Colchester, but he's probably as p*ssed off as the other quality players in the squad.
Would like to see Declan John given a chance wide midfield, perhaps as a sub in games for Noone or Pilkington. He looked pretty good last night.

Millwall fans are somewhat alarming. May be a bit of sour grapes, but the majority on Twitter are happy to see him leave. Lots of allegations of him being an alcoholic, that he just seems to give up if the match runs away from him and he had 'you're not fit to wear the shirt' chanted at him several times in his last few matches for them.
Oh, a Bournemouth fan described him as a b*llend too.

I've seen a few balanced comments from Millwall fans, and the overwhelming majority seem to think he wouldn't be a big loss at all.
Doesn't fill me with a great deal of confidence.

Judging by the comments of the Millwall fans, I am not sure that he would be any better than we have. Unfortunately, I think this is the level we can expect from Slade.
Here is one of the more balanced posts I found and posted in another thread.....
"Have to say I also agree. Malone can be one of the most frustrating players to watch. His main strength is he has ok pace and often gets into good attacking positions, however;
-His final ball is so poor it is so poor that it makes the good positions he get into pointless
-Then he is so far out of position that is exposes us at the back so we concede
- He often plays hospital passes or losses the ball needlessly when in defensive positions
- He is lightweight in the tackle...
For me he is a player we could afford to lose and his weakness contribute too much to our overall squad weakness. In our current predicament we need we need strong, disciplined and decisive players..
If he is gonna go on a free at the end of the season then think the club should sell him. But 75k is peanuts, think double that would still be cheap but better than nothing?!!"

ole brought into this club a load of supposed quality players and virtually all of them have to a greater or lesser degree failed to deliver. one has to presume that they are either not cut out for championship football or don't suit the new regime.

Fabio, Guerra are on the way out, as they are too good footballers for Slades hoofball.

Ah, the rumour mill grinds on! 99% of what appears is either misinformed or fabrication. Somewhere I have seen Eoin Doyle mentioned, but he is being connected with a host of other clubs.
However, there is nothing about a consortium put together by aliens from Alpha Centauri today, which is disappointing.
