Yet again, the pivotal game of the season.........Palace are going to be confident after the Chelsea win and, in Pulis, they have a very capable manager. If we are going to lose this one, I just hope that Thomas Ince doesn't play a significant part! On a more positive note, what better game for Wilf Zaha to show his true potential?

Tough game, but 1 - 0 City...... **Official Pre-Match Thread - City v Palace** 1525230823

Urrrrgh. I don't know what it is that makes me shudder whenever I think about losing to Palace - this season or at any other time - just something about them annoys me.

Unfortunately, I think this will be a dark day for us and while we will probably get another "quite good, quite bad" draw I think that will be us done and dusted.

Apologies for the negativity chaps - I just can't see us getting anything more than a measly point and I really wouldn't be surprised if all their goalscorers were ex-City players, or worse, Chamakh...again **Official Pre-Match Thread - City v Palace** 2854552383

If we fail to win then that's it, any hope gone. Going to be hard to break them down - they're coming for a point so I can see it ending 0-0  Sad

Not true at all!

So keep the faith **Official Pre-Match Thread - City v Palace** 1525230823

This is going to be such a tough game for City.  The defence is going to have to play better and the crowd will have to be patient.

If they can manage a win, then I believe it will set them up for a good run in.  As f-spot says, those around us have horrendous games in comparison.

Marshall

KTC  Caulker  Cala  Fabio

*Noone  Mutch  Medel  Whitts

Bellamy  Campbell

*Zaha might get a start against his old team ahead of Noone.

Got a feeling that Zaha might score 2 or more!

I do think it could well be a draw, but I don't necessarily believe that it would end things for us.

I'm unsure if we will stay up or not but I wouldn't bemoan one point. Palace are well organised.

This is going to be a tight game for sure....I do fancy us nicking it.

Though sadly I'm working all afternoon so I'm going to have watch a recording of the game - no spoilers please!

There are a lot of players involved playing against their old team...Zaha, Ledley, Jerome...is Gabbidon still playing regularly? Either way I'm a bit worried as Jerome has a knack of scoring against us and I think Zaha is drifting into obscurity a bit as he is a slight luxury player

I shall be following the game in Chepstow where I am enjoying a weekend of fine wines, culture, and gourmet international cuisine (beer, betting, and curry.

Last time you went on a bender we had to call out the Spanish coast guard. Please be careful and call your son when you get in...he gets worried sick.
