Off Topic: Next Gen consoles

Anyone got one on the way?

I have the Xbox One secured for launch in eight days time bundled with my free copy of FIFA 14 and AC Black Flag (I know it's exactly the same as the 360 version, but when they're the same price why not buy the prettier one?). Not buying any of the launch next gen exclusives until the reviews come in.  Ryse is my sort of game but could potentially still be a disaster, but Battlefield 4 is looking a guarantee. Also got preorder fees for Watchdogs and Titanfall ready and waiting.

And in holding out with fingers crossed that South Park: The Stick of Truth gets a next gen launch before preordering there.

Basically this is the gamer in me bubbling over at having to wait ANOTHER eight days and ranting

I've just cancelled mine. I have decided I am just going to come over yours on the weekend with a pack of lager and chip in on the electricity. It saves money all around during such tough economic times and after all, "we're all in this together" aren't we? Cameron would be so proud.

I think throw in a second controller and a couple of play and charge packs and we may have a deal

Yes - I've got both pre-ordered but to be sold on ebay. 


I've decided to beast up my pc instead. 

a) Graphics are better 
b) Games are much cheaper - for example AC:Black Flag on PC is only £23.24  http://www.cdkeyvast.com/Assassin-s-Creed-IV-Black-Flag-goods-94.html#ru=dlcompare&bn=94


Also the main reason is that the mrs hogs the bloomin tv!
