First topic message reminder :
Numbers keep dropping not rising, Trash,Caldi, welshfella have all disappeared maybe they found out where dots went and they have been shot,
Whilst I enjoy this forum I do find myself more lookin on ccmb just for different topics... (then I realize why I left there )
Rhys - do u ever see this forum growin as big as.ccmb and aamb? we just need ccmb to have another porn virus then the refugees will come bk, (although most are idiots)
What if we try an get a day where we get as many posters online as we can? (& then troubleshoot why everyone dont want to post here???)
I do like this forum even with our 10 members

This site seems to have the voice of reason behind it and not a platform to bully people with different views from your own. I also think most of the members on the other boards wouldn’t join this one because you have RED in the title, but that is just a bonus for the rest of us.
They only seem interested in the club going backwards from what I have read and some have even called for Malky to go and Tan to take a running jump, whilst trying to sell a book for £6 and be the ITK king all in one go.
Basically why I joined this site is because I find it far more club friendly and it is ok to have a different opinion and not get all my dad is bigger than yours bull.

That's probably true about the RED title thing. Think it works in the forum's favour in this regard, despite there being a broad opinion from posters on the rebrand on here.

My dad's bigger than your bull..........
Pugger - I think you are right. Earlier in the summer we trialled a new name for a while - www.cardiffcityfans.com (that now hosts my irregular 'blog'). But after a week or two I swapped it back - Firstly because I have grown quite fond of the name. But also because it acts as a filter for those who use the site - generally that means 'moderate' fans (but as Arkay points out, there are a few exceptions).Arkay Dubya wrote:pugger wrote:This site seems to have the voice of reason behind it and not a platform to bully people with different views from your own. Yes we are small, but who cares?
I like it that way, I feel that I have had the chance to makes some friends and there has always been a positive atmosphere on here which I have enjoyed being apart of.
The strange thing about this site is that we only have a handful of posters but a lot of readers. There are usually over 100 unique visitors a day to the site (it used to be a lot higher than that too) most of which visit more than once a day - but only a few post for some reason!
Ah well, that's see how things go this season. But if it is only 15 of us and you all want to carry on using the site - I'm happy with that.

I blame myself, well me and others like me. You see I'm a bit of a lurker. I come on her a fair bit (well every day) but I don't post much.
I was on CCMB for a long time, but that turned into a school playground with all the kids in their own gangs picking on each other. It's much nicer here, civilised, a bit more grown up.
I like to come on here and see what others are saying about the latest city match or whatever, as I don't have a season ticket any more (circumstances changing and not rebelling against the club or anything silly like that), so I like to read what people who were at the games have to say.
I rely on web feeds these days, which are ok and better than nothing.
I also don't know anyone from here in the real world.
So please keep the site going, I will make an effort to post some more and encourage others to do the same.
Sorry, it's all my fault.
