I have read stuff before about how the club seeks to be welcoming to away fans and make it a good experience. I haven't seen this document before though.

Good on the club i say and definitely one of the positives in my book about the way the club is being run

fab presentation, the club does have a reputation for catering for the away support and had one of the highest percentages of away supporters attending whilst in the championship. some time ago steve borley gave a presentation on catering for away supporters needs to premier league managers that was very well received
