Where did the term Fire & Passion come from?

Someone asked me recently where the term Fire & Passion came from and I wasn't really sure.
I mentioned the introduction of the Dragon and that the club must ahve been looking for a new line to go on the badge and it seemed to fit, but he was interested to know whether they released any statements etc exlaining the reasons for that specific choice.
Anyone have anything to suggest?

It's from an old Malaysian legend, similar to our King Arthur stories. There was a warrior, who fought with great fire and passion. The name escapes me right now though.
