I havent seen an official thread yet, Im guessing a few of you are still recovering from last nights shindig,
Just wondered in the meantime peoples thoughts on tonights team
still no Campbell, will Whitts return? Mason start? Cowie make his usual, yet ever surprising, start? or even Velcro make a guest appearance?

I was going to put up a pre-match thread last night, but I guess the excitement was a bit too much.
Looks like Campbell and Connolly out, so probably the same team, but with SuperKev to start.
I can see Whitts making an appearance at some point. The early injury to Connolly messed up Malky's intended substiitutions on Saturday.
City 2 - 0 in front of 23,614

Wouldn't surprise me to see Whitts or Noone making Red a happy man by replacing Conway!
Any news on Campbell? Is he definitely out?
Mason is good but I'm not sure he suits the lone striker role. I know for a fact that I'm likely alone on this, but I'd rather see Gestede up front by himself. Although he finds it difficult to score he is probably our best forward for bringing others into play imo. Perfect for our dangerous midfield.

Campbell is definitely out:

Gestede would need someone to feed off his knock-downs, so I don't see him as a lone striker. I'd say either Mason on his own, or back to 4-4-2.

I can see Bellamy being rested tonight.
Noone to be brought in as well.

Noone has played a part in quite a few goals this season so I want him to play instead of Conway, assuming he's fit.

Hey Up I appeared to have made an official pre-match thread woop woop
This is a proud day in my Messaging Board history.
My preditcion for tonight:
Marshall, McNaughton, Barnett, Turner, Taylor,
Kim, Gunnarsson, Mutch, Noone,
Mason, Helguson
Bellamy rested and brought on if necessary.
And as long as no injuries Gestede and Whitts also to come on.
2:1 City (Goals from Gunnar and Mason)
Attendance - 22,880
That's me guessed out

Well, it's a prediction rather than what we'd necessarily like to see.
I think it's a pretty good shout team-wise. I'll go for 2-0 (Kim and Helguson), crowd 23,692.
