I have logged on here using my facebook credentials. It'd be easier to log on using a username and password on my phone etc, but I don't know my password. It's not my facebook password anyway.
Can you reset my password? Or delete this account or the email address associated with it so I can register again?

No worries - you can reset your password by clicking the forgot your password option. You just enter your email and username and you will be able to chose a new password
