2 MIILION I thought it was more like 1 or 1.3 mil but 2 mil is crazy.
He keeps scoring & Malky doesnt give a sh*t by the looks of it
He is our 4th most expensive player and the manager that signed him doesnt believe in him,wtf is going on.I hope Malky doesnt P*ss this guy off because Etien will end up handing in a transfer request and score a sh*t load of goal for someone else instead.I know the Etien debate has been done to death but £2 million is unbelievable from a man like Malky that has always said i will not just buy for the sake of it,what a waste.
Alot of fans have told me the reason he isnt playing is because Malky doesnt feel he is strong enough yet WTF does that mean?,He's there to hit the net not power life for christ sake 
. what about other strikers like messi and Owen who have never been strong players but they can do the business infront of goal and thats all anyone cares about.Imo Malky should give this lad a game quick before he's had enough of Malky's excuses because tbf to Etien what has he done? the poor lad hasnt been given a chance he's just been chucked into the B Team until he can be moved on.

I'm overcome with guilt by that last message. I like Rudy and I wouldn't care if he was gay or not, nor if he liked flying while doing it. I'm sure he's not a rapist either.

Jokes about but very true - Gestede has done nothing to convince me he's worth a spot in the team. Yet somehow Velikonja who has had two sub appearance of about ten minutes all season yet is running over agoal a game ratio in the development is constantly denied chances.
Can I be controversial? Anyone think its personal? Has Malky let his personal feelings offer Velcro going to the press take precedence over what he actually does on the pitch?
Oh and, Arkay reported for being a homophobe.

I am sure it either personal or he was an investment for the Premiership, which might suit him better. Which alternative sounds more likely?

Can't say that I know the answer, but it has long looked a little suspicious. He's done all that has been asked of him in the developments squad yet no opportunity to step up. Can't believe he was bought with one eye on the Prem, there's planning for the future and then there's counting your chickens. If Malky is holding a grudge, then be careful not to get on the wrong side of him. Truth be told, Malky has us 10 clear and running out of matches. His judgement, whilst not perfect, has been good enough this season so we have to trust it. I wouldn't write Velcro off just yet, we have not yet seen his true ability.

If it was personal, then that would be interesting. Malky usually presents the picture of perfect professionalism.
I don't it is though, MM doesn't seem the type that can offended or upset easily. Waters off a ducks back.

Not so sure about that, as Darcy Blake & Ant Gerrard found themselves in the wilderness after speaking out.

I think MM is an ultra strict disciplinarian.......no room for egos, blah, blah! A player crosses him at his peril.
All I can say is that Vincent Tan must have absolute blind faith in Malky in that a major expense (2m Euros) hasn't even had a chance to repay part of that fee yet.
If Malky is looking to offload him in the summer, what chance of recouping that fee.................
