Sad really - they were a big club! It looks like they are going to be re-forming as a new company and the other teams in the league can get to vote if they should stay in the SPL or not...my guess is that they will be given the boot!
If so, are there any players worth grabbing in the impending firesale?

Mmmmhhh, not sure to be honest...I think they will stay in the SPL..it'll cost all the other clubs too much financially to lose rangers.
Don't know enough about their team regarding players to poach!

Wouldnt suprise me if they stay in the SPL either. Which isnt fair really. I dont wish anything bad on their supporters but they have to show that being liquidised really is a bad thing otherwise there is no incentive not to. Take admin for example, people even suggesting that we should do that and then we could get in the prem "just like swansea" what other business in the world is it "okay" to go into admin?
on those grounds they should start in scot div 3. I think Dundee Utd chairmen already has said they will vote against it?

While we're licking our fingers after picking the meat off the Rangers corpse it's worth remembering this could so easily have been us.

The SPL need them in the league just to generate interest and keep the sponsership money coming in.
