Just watched George A Romero's Creep Show for the first time in 30 years... Took it too seriously back then and thought it was was good in a teenage, betamax way but ridiculous... Now look back on it fondly as proper comic book tongue in cheek film making like the 60's Batman and Robin... what's your favourite camp / funny / tongue in cheek horror / Sci Fi...

Not seen this for years
As a kid, I was terrified by Flash Gordon the film. Especially the hand down the tube bit with Peter Duncan. I remember running to hide at the top of the stairs.
Of course, if I saw it now it would be a big pile of pants.

I grew up on the great British horror films of the 70's like the portmanteau films Vault of Horror and Tales from the Crypt.. A great watch now but not sure whether they where tongue in cheek (scared the shite out of me though)... The Dr Phibes films are also a nostalgic unalloyed delight

Among TV shows, some of the stuff on Space 1999 used to freak me out as a kid. These spring to mind as well:
The Twilight Zone
Sapphire & Steel
Blake’s 7
The so-called special effects were feckin pathetic.
My Dad used to bring some tat back from the video rental shop (feel old now!), but there was the occasional decent effort:
Poltergeist
Hellraiser
Pet Cemetery
The Re-animator
Evil Dead
Puppet Master
This one really scared the s**t of me for some reason (Spawn of the Slithis):
