Got a bet on with bet365 for the opening week.
Cardiff v huddersfield = cardiff win
Birmingham v charlton = birmingham win
Burnley v Bolton = bolton win
derby v shef wed = wednesday to win
Leicester v peterborough = leicester to win
5 fold so 34/1 stuck £5 on it.
I love to have a bet so is there any chance of a betting thread every week or something like that so that we can all see what others are doing and how others are getting on with the season so far as it happens.

I love a bet, but I'm pretty crap at it, so I'm gonna go with whatever you say for the first part of the season.

Yay... even if you don't bet, stick an imaginary fiver on your tips each week and keep a running total...

If it's imaginary why not stretch it to say a grand a week?

Lol then we will both be skint.
Im happy to say what im betting on and where i got the odds each week & would love it if others could do the same and explain why they are betting on it eg lost the least away goals or player is out of action.
All I was thinking in regards to this is the more everyone knows about the team playing the more chance we will have of getting a return. Last season I made over £300 just by asking people who they where betting on and why and alot of the time I changed my bet because of that and won.
Surely on a football forum there should be enough knowledge of a game to get a much better chance of success most weeks.

I agree! The last football bet I won was when Berbatov scored 1st and Man Red beat Lolapool 3-2, had a quid on the scorecast. This was about 2 years ago!
We should each pick a match to study form/injuries/suspensions and stick it on here for everyone.

Betting on the Championship is madness. It has to be the most unpredictable league in the entire world. Looking at the OP's wagers I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised to see them all go the other way.

Yeah go on then, so long as it's an imaginary tenner, with Shakey on the back of it.

Asian bet.
cardiff -2 , odds 5.750 bet 365
Stuck £5 on it £23 if we win by 3 goals but money back if we only win by 2.
I can see us atleast winning by 2 goals at home easy.
