If Bellamy signs, would you have him as captain, stick with Hudson or someone else?

Hudson did well last year. No need to change it and it could cause resentment in the squad if it was changed. Bellamy will be a leader on the field anyway.

I don't believe in handing the captains armband to a new signing, be them a legend or not. The new guy always needs to earn that role.

Leave it with Hudson definitely. Bellamy isn't made captain everywhere he goes so why should it be any different. Hudson is a good leader and modern professional on and off the pitch and doesn't deserve the captaincy to be taken away from him IMO.

I would let Hudson carry on and leave Bellers to get on with his football, If of course he comes home.I hope he does and soon and if he plays as he did in the Olympics he'll destroy some defences.Roll on Saturday I can't wait

Leave it with Hudson and let Bellamy do what he does best ripping full backs apart delivering quality balls and scoring goals
The only problem with Hudson having the armband is that it makes it difficult for mm to drop him if he is playing poorly or hits bad form.
Hudson had a cracking season last year and when he plays well, he can be very tidy. But it wasn't too long ago when we were all calling him a donkey. Our defence can leak some really stupid goals.
I think the arrival of Bellers gives Malky an opportunity to take the armband off Hudson in a way that shouldn't disgruntle him too much (if his comments from the last time he gave Craigy his armband are anything to go by).

I'm aware, but a very large proportion of our first team are different to how they were when he did have it, and that makes a difference. They're virtually a different team entirely.
