Cotterill sacked by new Kuwaiti owners. Forest could be a force in the coming season if they appoint an experienced manager who's been successful in the Championship. Mick McCarthy mentioned by Sky as a possibility.

The Championship gets tougher and tougher but all the more entertaining for it.

I'll do it as long as I don't have to move to Nottingham. I could drive up on Saturdays.

To make things interesting, paddypower has Nottingham predicted as 6th in the league next season, joint with ourselves at 12:1. For those interested 1st to 5th are then Leicester, Bolton, wolves, Leeds and Blackburn.

Most notable I think is the top 7 therefore comprise of the three premer league relegates, and four teams recieving substantial investment. Not as easy as we thought huh?

I don't like the guy but football really is turning up side down. This as well as the ridiculous sacking of Sean Dyche the other week just proves it. These owners coming in and think they know everything about the football side of things when they clearly don't know any of the circumstances that took place before their arrival. They don't see whether the fans want rid of the manager, instead they sack him because he's not a household name like Zola who clearly has a great track record as manager (insert sarcastic smiley here.)

Personally, I'm not worried yet due to the fact the owners don't seem to have a clue what their doing.

I'm still baffled by Leicester being favourites - why? Have they gone much new talent in from last season? If it's largely unchanged - I think the best they can hope for is the play-offs. Certainly not champions though!

Strange isn't. I hear they are getting Fuctacs from Pompey and they've sold Matt Mills so I really would like to know how their favourites.

If it helps, it's really really tight up the top four, there's only pennies difference between all of them. We will have to wait and see.
