Have you ever been to a Chinese market and seen what they eat? No amount of money could drag normal people out there. He obviously lusts after "exotic" food like duck feet or bills. If it moves the Chinese will eat it. I can never forget what I saw in the Chinese market in Singapore. It looked like a Dr Moreau laboritory with creatures I didn't even know existed.
