things or people you dont see on your estate anymore

the milkman has disapeared off our estate because of the local superstore.
when i was a kid we used to camp out in the summer(yes there were summers back then) and we would go around the estate after the milkman pinching milk, orange juice and eggs for our breakfast.

the rag and bone man has been replaced by thieving gypo's

That was the 'brand'.... initially I thought it was very exotic to have green, blue and yellow pop but when the novelty wore off such flavours as 'pineapple' tasted like a mixture of cat's p*ss, VIM and toxic waste... but it was cheaper than corona and paved the way for Panda Pops...

After a brief flirtation with Sodastream (hundreds of ‘flavours’, yet all tasting the same), we moved on to Corona. I remember scouring the streets for empty bottles to get the 10p deposit back from the corner shop.

Paedo's, don't see them since they were sadly hounded out by the rest of the community.
