Cup Day in Cardiff.
There may not be as many changes to City's team for tonight as originally suggested on here, but Burton are going to awkward opponents and will be well aware of City's capabilities. Without a full team out, we may struggle, so I am less confident about this one than QPR on Saturday.
0 - 0 for me and hopefully no injuries.

Wales Online have said they think it will be the following team;
GK - Murphy
RB - Coxe
CB - Morrison
CB - Manga
LB - Richards
RM - Kennedy
CM - O'Keefe
CM - Halford
CM - Tomlin
LM - Ward
ST - Bogle
Looks decent considering it's mainly our back-up players! I'm looking forward to see how Bogle and Coxe get on as well

That lineup showed me just how deep our squad is nowadays. Our backup 11 is arguably stronger than our first team from last season!

Not a fan of whole sale changes, this sounds a bit 2nd string, and as good as it looks, you don't want to paint a 1st team 2nd team picture.

Nearly right!
Connolly plays instead of Morrison.

Subs - Etheridge, Peltier, Damour, Pilkington, Mendez-Laing, Meite, Mark Harris.
I think Burton have made changes as well.

Burton have done the same. Ben Turner returns for them tonight.

I'm not bothered, I didn't want us focusing on multiple competitions that may distract from the league

Strength in depth is still an issue, unfortunately.
The result itself was not that disappointing (for the reasons stated above) but the manner of the defeat was. Those at the game seemed to be fairly united that it was an insipid performance with none of the players really impressing or pushing for a starting place.

We would have had a nice trip to old Trafford if we won this it turns out. Shame
