In the sidebar you've got the BluebirdsMB news widget, which looks good but it's sending visitors away from the forum, in some cases directly to a rival, busier forum. Just a bit of food for thought.

Also, while I'm on, there is a huuuuge gap between the top of the forum and the first new message, it's not even on the screen, you have to scroll down to it:

Is it sending visitors away because they can see that a lot of the posts involve Tache?

Maybe CCmb links were a bit silly but at this point to consider us serious rivals would be like Newport thinking they equal to us. They are a lot busier than we are

No, I mean a smaller, newer board like this needs to hang onto visitors in any way it can, so actively sending them over to a busier board might go against your purposes somewhat.
