That was for the BBMB holiday fund? You've reported us all to the Barclays fraud team? Oh Tash. Just give us the money and be done with it

In all seriousness, the same happened to Mrs TDA and me. I spotted an odd £2 debit from our account, which neither of us could remember, but the following day £500 disappeared for a Dell laptop. After the usual "we can't tell you anything" crap, Dell did agree that the order was in our name and gave us the delivery address.

We passed that on to the Fraud office, who apparently contract these things out to a private organisation and despite given them the delivery address, so far as we know, they never followed up. Dell had also given us the contact number from the invoice, so Mrs TDA called the little scrote, pretended she was from Dell, confirmed the delivery with him an offered him an extended warranty ........ well that was just before she explained what she was going to do to his genitalia when she caught up with him.

In the end, the bank just refunded what was taken and that was the end of it.

I had to put a block on my phone after your wife called. Never mind, the laptop is superb.

It should have flight mode, so you can use it on the trip you booked on Tache's card.
