Fine player with a very decent career behind him. Wouldn't be surprised to see him step up into management in due course.

It's a shame the fans didn't turn out for his testimonial match - it was embarrassing. I parked in the main carpark and I think about 5000 turned out for him.
That's despite quite a few of the legends being involved - Chops etc

But, anyways, what a great player!

The Testimonial should have happened far earlier.  Unfortunately the club was a complete shambles at the time Kev left.

I don't think it was a bad turn out for a testimonial game.

I don't think players get big attendances at testimonials unless it's someone like Michael Carrick, playing for one of the top teams in the world, with other players like Giggs, Seedorf and Lampard also turning out. Then you get 69,000 but a lot of them are attracted by the reputation of a lot of the big names, while someone like Superkev would just get die hard fans particularly as the other players are only known well locally.

I have to say I'll never forget our promotion season when we played Palace at home. I was really worried about Zaha and Bolasie who had been scoring and assisting for fun, but Kev marked Bolasie out of the game! Perhaps Kev was a limited player but he was 100% at all times and loved Cardiff
