Fulham have made an excellent start to the season. Beat Newcastle fairly easily in the opening game, won away at Preston and then were pipped by a last minute equaliser at Leeds.
Teenage wonderkid Ryan Sessegnon has already ousted our former hero Scott Malone at fullback.
Given our performances so far, I will be surprised if City get anything out of this one...............2 - 0 Fulham

I think Richards will be in if fit and I would like to see Huws instead of Ralls who seems to have regressed after a season of Russell's 'coaching'. Hope there's more goal threat today although I was underwhelmed at PT's statement that he's looking for a keeper and a full back! Another player who seems to have gone backwards is Rhys Healey who doesn't appear to be near selection despite our goal drought. I also think we're cutting off our nose to spite our face by refusing to consider Le Fondre - he might even play well to bring himself to the notice of other clubs.

Richards back in and Manga left out. Still no recognised striker starting.

Just watched the highlights of the game.
Two beautifully struck goals by Ralls and Pilkington, but they were individual efforts, rather than team goals. The other significant chance was the Whitts' free kick which hit the bar.......a set piece.
I am still not seeing much being created by the team, which is a concern.
On the plus side Kadeem Harris is starting to show what he can do. It seems to me that he has beefed up physically, which is making him harder to knock off the ball, but still has plenty of pace.

Pretty much how I saw things. Two own goals and two world-class strikes so far, which is not all that inspiring heading into the first international break.
Kadeem Harris definitely turned the game in our favour, but can't see him getting the nod of Richards just yet.

I think the more defensively adept Richards should start, but Harris could used as a true "impact sub", whilst developing the additional skills needed to play at wing back.
I'm not sure that Fabio needs to be replaced. There is plenty of flexibility and experience available in our back line, with Connolly, Peltier and Richards able to cover a number of positions. Sami Ajayi also looks to be a useful player in the making and I would happily write off this season to see the youngsters we already have grow into the team.
The main striking position is a different matter and a bit of a worry!
