Hi guys, as u know I lost my cousin to depression and as I'm sure you will agree it's a grey area, people think because you hide behind a smile and because you can't see depression/mental health issues you are ok,

Now we got the funeral over with I want to focus my attention to raising as much money for the charity, I've asked Cardiff city if they would donate a signed pic of the squad or something so we can raffle/auction it off, I've also asked every premier league club, the Welsh FAW and the WRU,

I don't like to ask you guys... Do u have any sports memorabilia that is cluttering the place up... U wish to donate to me? Or any suggestions on how I can get more donations?

Will help where I can Tache but generally speaking, most of my stuff got given away prior to my move to France.

Sorry to hear that Tache. I don't really have much accept for old programmes and shirts in my parents attic. Always happy to make a monetary donation if you've anything set up. Depression is a bastard and never far from anyone at any time.
