Match day threads are the responsibility of the Weegie Maestro, who maintains his unbeaten record. Perhaps our mods will merge this with Ronnie's later.
I just wanted to say that I agree with what Russell Slade said in his press conference that Bolton are not going to be pushovers. They looked very useful against Brentford last week, when they came back from an early goal down to draw.
However, I do wish that our manager would keep his honest opinions to himself and stop bigging-up the opposition.
That's all..............

I can't remember the last time we actually won one of these games. You know, when the other side has gone a lifetime (12 games in this case...) without a win, then they finally end the duck against us.
1-1.
1-1.

That's ok TDA you can take this one. Bolton maybe poor but they draw an awful lot think it's 7 matches at home. going for a 2-2 draw

If City anything like the first 75 mins against Burnley, then we should be too strong for Bolton. There remains a worry that Slade will continue to be less adventurous in away fixtures, especially against teams that we should be capable of playing off the park.

Good start to both halves for City. 2 - 1 after 53 mins and sounding pretty good in attack, although Bolton do seem a shambles at the back.
Still a couple of scary moments in the heart of our defence. I hope we don't start dropping deep, as there should be more goals in this if City keep up the pressure.

Just heard Kevin Ratcliffe say the midfield were excellent today. Couldn't possibly be because Whitts wasn't in it - could it?

The commentary that I listened to said Gunnarsson had an excellent game, as did Pilkington. It looks like CM is Ralls's to lose now, but the shape and effort seems so much better.
I should imagine that a few Championship clubs were just a tad envious of our bench today........Fabio, Digkacoi, Whittingham, Ameobi, Manga, Mason & Moore.......

Just an observation that it was reassuring to see the powers that be resist the temptation to turn City out in red yesterday, but instead switch to white shorts and socks to avoid the clash with Bolton's strip.
The promise to avoid unnecessary changes from the blue appears to have moved to another level. Just the sort of small gesture the fans need........
