I would like to see slade sacked... you cant honestly hand on heart say that Vincent Tan will be happy with a recent run of results...
BUT
as we know tan is cost cutting and possibly getting ready to ship out.. so why should he care if we lose to derby or even the next 3 games on the bounce... when is the time when Tan says enough is enough?

If there is a danger of relegation, then I think enough will be enough....maybe another four or five games at less than a point a game ought to do it.

I do find it curious that so many wanted Malky sacked for nearly not winning the championship, but are so reluctant to sack Slade for approaching getting us relegated.
Not a jab at anyone, just strange

Brilliant. I'm not even going to follow up this joke with another as I don't want to detract from it.
We will lose to Derby as our form is so poor. I don't think it will result in the sack, Tan likes to back his ideas before it's clear they are abject failures (look at the rebrand). Until the summer at the earliest, or we are in relegation trouble, Slade is safe in my opinion.

When would be the last time that City lost four games in a row? Even last season in the PL, our worst runs were only of 3 defeats.

That hadn't occurred to me...
Of course, I never WANT to see City lose but a part of me is curious to see how this plays out if we do. It's funny to think that not that long ago, we had the longest serving Championship manager. Now, we could potentially be about to have our third new manager in a little over twelve months.

Russell will stay and see the season out and i suppose a little more optimistic about it. he will stay because the owner has publicly nailed his colours to to russell's mast as it were.
as events have shown there is no doubt that mackay had to go, besides when you fall out big time with the owner there is only one outcome.
