Is it that time of the year already?

What do we fancy....a nice away trip to Bournemouth or Crystal Palace perhaps, or maybe to that jewel of the Lincolnshire/Humberside region..........Scunthorpe?

A nice little cup run wouldn't go amiss, provided we still have enough players following the January sales at CCS..... FA Cup 3rd Round Draw Thread 4228682415

Rhys Healey returns to the CCS, and if I was him Id turn around and run right back out of the door again.

Is his loan spell over by then, in which case, he might actually play against them.

I'm ok with that. If you want a cup run, the best method is to play crap teams at home - and Colchester are crap at the moment.
Healey won't be playing.

Apart from Rhys Healey, I'm struggling to come up with any historic player or other connections between City and Colchester............ scratch

It was a three month loan deal starting in September.
He definitely won't be playing for us because he came on as sub for them in the cup last Saturday.

Were you thinking of Danny Johnson - he's just back from Tranmere after a month and is almost as prolific as Healey for the U21's?
