A player in India has died after attempting a Robert Earnshaw style goal celebration and getting it wrong. The poor bloke landed badly, damaging his spinal cord, and despite surgery, didn't recover.

Yes, I saw the video of this on metro - reading that Cardiff fans blog - horrible really.
As he attempted the flip, I bet he didn't think it would be the last thing he would ever do.

Poor guy - it wasn't even a proper goal. It was a tap in following a fumble by the goalkeeper.
